Sheda was engaged by CIJ to conduct user research and create a detailed user journey map to outline how the current Victorian toll & infringement system interfaced with stakeholders and community.
We used the insights from our research and journey map to facilitate co-design workshops with the system's stakeholders - toll users, operators, community lawyers, magistrate court and police - to co-create change.

We worked with Billin to create a bill management service that gives you a view of all your bills in one place, putting you in control of your finances. Edmund the A.I component automatically connects to you email and brings any new bills into the platform, saving you time and money by notifying you when they need to be paid.
